Welcome to EXMON Escrow, a digital escrow service..
By accessing or using EXMON Escrow (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”), along with any other applicable policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy, Anti-Fraud Policy, and Dispute Resolution Rules.
These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you (“User”, “Buyer”, “Seller”, or “Client”) and EXMON ., a company registered and operating in Poland.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.
For clarity, the following terms are used throughout these Terms:
“Escrow Service” — a digital financial mechanism provided by EXMON that securely holds cryptocurrency funds during transactions until conditions agreed between Buyer and Seller are fulfilled.
“User” — any individual or entity using the EXMON Escrow system.
“Buyer” — a User who sends cryptocurrency into escrow to purchase goods or services.
“Seller” — a User who provides goods or services and expects to receive payment from escrow upon transaction completion.
“Administrator” / “EXMON Team” — authorized representatives managing and overseeing escrow operations, dispute resolution, and compliance.
“Dispute” — a claim opened by either party when there is disagreement regarding fulfillment of transaction conditions.
“Wallet” — a digital cryptocurrency address assigned to a User for holding or transferring assets within the EXMON system.
“Fraud” — any attempt to manipulate, deceive, exploit, or compromise the integrity of the platform or other users.
To use the Service, you must:
Be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction).
Have the full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
Not be a resident of any country under international sanctions or financial restrictions.
Use the Service only for lawful purposes — transactions involving prohibited, restricted, or illegal goods or services are strictly forbidden.
The EXMON Team reserves the right to refuse service, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, especially in cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activities.
EXMON Escrow acts solely as a neutral intermediary between Buyers and Sellers.
Funds are temporarily held in escrow until both parties confirm fulfillment of the agreed terms.
Upon payment, cryptocurrency is transferred to a temporary secure address managed by EXMON’s system.
Funds remain locked until both parties confirm successful completion or until a decision is made via dispute resolution.
Once released, funds are transferred to the Seller’s account, minus applicable fees or commissions.
EXMON does not act as a bank, investment advisor, or fiduciary. Users retain full ownership of their funds until release conditions are met.
The Service may charge a commission on each transaction, disclosed transparently at the time of escrow creation.
Fees are non-refundable once escrow has been initiated, regardless of transaction outcome, except in cases of administrative error by EXMON.
Users are responsible for all blockchain network fees (gas, miner fees) incurred during deposits or withdrawals.
Users agree to:
Provide accurate and truthful information in all transactions.
Not attempt to bypass or manipulate the escrow process.
Refrain from using the Service for laundering, gambling, or financing illegal operations.
Maintain confidentiality of their login credentials and wallet information.
Promptly report any suspicious activity, phishing attempts, or unauthorized access.
Any attempt to deceive another party or the platform will result in immediate suspension and potential reporting to law enforcement under Poland jurisdiction.
EXMON maintains strict monitoring mechanisms to detect suspicious transactions and patterns indicative of fraud.
The following are explicitly prohibited:
Creating multiple fake accounts to exploit promotions or system vulnerabilities.
Engaging in transaction loops or artificial trading to manipulate trust or feedback.
Attempting to intercept or alter blockchain confirmations.
Tampering with EXMON’s website, API, or database infrastructure.
Disclosing internal correspondence, security configurations, or administrative processes publicly.
Violations may lead to permanent termination of access, confiscation of funds under investigation, and legal action under Polamd Financial Crime Act.
In the event of disagreement between Buyer and Seller regarding the fulfillment of transaction terms, either party may initiate a Dispute through the EXMON Escrow system.
Initiation:
A Dispute can only be opened before funds are released from escrow.
Once initiated, both parties must provide clear evidence (screenshots, communication logs, delivery proof, etc.).
Review Process:
The EXMON Team will review all available data and communication records within the system.
The Administrator may request additional evidence from either side within a specific timeframe.
If one party fails to respond or provide evidence, a decision may be made in favor of the cooperating party.
Final Decision:
The Administrator’s decision is final and binding.
Depending on the findings, the funds may be released to either the Buyer or Seller.
EXMON acts as an impartial arbitrator. Users accept that EXMON’s role is not judicial, but administrative and mediative, ensuring fairness within its internal rules and jurisdiction.
Once both parties confirm successful delivery or satisfaction of conditions, funds are automatically released to the Seller.
The transaction status then changes to “Completed”, and no further disputes can be initiated.
Once funds are released, EXMON cannot reverse, recall, or modify the transaction, as all transfers are recorded on the blockchain.
Users are strongly advised to confirm release only after independently verifying the delivery or completion of the transaction.
EXMON reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User’s account under the following conditions:
Violation of these Terms or related policies.
Attempts to deceive or exploit other users.
Technical manipulation, API abuse, or system interference.
Refusal to comply with administrative verification requests during disputes.
Use of offensive, abusive, or threatening behavior toward other users or EXMON staff.
Upon termination:
All ongoing escrows will be frozen pending administrative review.
Verified users may request withdrawal of cleared funds within 7 business days unless restricted by investigation.
